I just want to know if I am the only person who likes him. I can say The Raven from memory, and I have gotten his COMPLETE works, and read all of them, even his essays. Also, if you like his writings and know of anyone else like him, let me know!
Just an F.Y.I , I am only 13!

I love "The Bells" - I'm still trying to sneak "tintinabulation" into a conversation.
One of my favorite stories is A Predicament - Poe had a good sense of humor - this story is so different from his other stories.

Ooh! ooh! ME :)
I don't like him as much as you, though haha. So last year I was on my high school speech team (I was in poetry, more specifically.) And the 2 poems I chose to do were 'Annabel Lee' and 'For Annie' by Poe. I've read a few of his stories as well.. My dad likes him too, so that's how I started reading his works. I find it quite impressive for you to be that interested in him at age 13. (I'm 15, incase you were wondering) :)
And here's a link with authors similar to Poe.... (I have a feeling it's not gonna work, lol so just copy and paste. :P) http://www.tastekid.com/like/Edgar+Allan+Poe
Well have a nice day!
Poe was one of my early loves. I had a small book, called a flip book I think, with a few of his stories in it, and printed on the top corner of each page was a small picture so that when you flipped through the book pages quickly it looked as if the picture was moving. The one I really remember was The Gold Bug. The illustration was a tiny bug that looked as if it were waving its legs when you flipped the pages. That's probably got something to do with Gold Bug still be my favorite Poe story still.
Poe is awesome. I don't have the Raven memorized but I have the Bells.
PICK ME I MEMORIZED 'THE RAVEN'
