It was not really a question, this is what I wrote: I am just wishing the yahoo answers community a happy, safe, and merrey Christmas. :) MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!
What is wrong about this that they had to delete it?

That is not a question, it is spam. Sorry, but that's what Yahoo! Answers is for: Questions and answers.
But anyway, Happy Chrimble to you as well. :)
Even though you did not have malicious intentions, Yahoo Answers does not allow anything outside of the Q&A format on questions and answers. If it's not a question, you shouldn't post it here. Questions must seek knowledge -- that is one of the guiding principles of this site.
Here's an idea: Post that same message on your profile or send messages to your contacts. That way, you're not breaking the rules of the site and you're getting your message out at the same time.
I hope I've helped.
That isn't a question. But I think it was mean of Y!A anyway because you were just giving us all a bit of Christmas cheer =)
its because the the way yahoo answers is set up is completely retarted. The yahoo community or whatever it is deletes the most unnesecary stuff. Like i answered a question that asked what is your favorite beer. And i answered it and my answer was deleted by yahoo because they said my answer was inappropraiate and that i was promoting getting drunk or something.
IT wasn't a question, it was comment.
This is a question and answer site - not a message board.
While it's being nice and everything someone felt like being a pee pee (I've been reported alot, I can't say dick) and reported you. I hate that personally. They have a real stick up their bum and report everything. **** 'em.
