False. Not EVERY guy prefers long hair. That's an overstatement.. I'm positive at least one guy out there prefers short hair. I am a girl with short hair and I definitely feel like people notice me more, I'm sure most guys (at least the decent ones) couldn't care less about the hair length as long as you are beautiful inside.
