why do i feel so emotional?
okay so i don't know whats going on with me.
today they made a joke about me at school and i would most likely tell a joke about the person and move on like nothing. but today was different i burst out in tears.
and than later that day. i call my sister to ask her if she was coming over for x-mas because we was supposed to bake a cake together.. and she goes i guess soo and she goes bye,.. and after that i started crying and am thinking in my head while am crying why am i crying .
i don't know was going on with me i think it might be that my period is coming son i don't know can some one help me?

yea hun, sounds to me the lady in the red dress in on her way. A week before your cycle you have pre-mentrul symptoms whether it be fatigue, bloating, water retention, or emotion. Its not unusual; just grab your fav salty, chocolate, or sweet snack and just curl up and allow mother nature to come and go. Their is nothing wrong with crying love, its cleanising to the soul. Also try a hot shower to ease the cramps and bloating when they come. This is a part of woman hood and your body will continue to change...just allow it and over time you will learn to deal. Its okay love, all women go through it
Most likely its your period. i get that way right before i start to. Like i can hear a song on the radio and just burst into tears for no reason. Its all part of being women. Sorry. Itll pass soon enough
TOTAL PMS! When I was at school the other day some girls said my name and started laughing (12 girls in my grade with the same name as me) and I started bursting into tears because I thought they were laughing at me (they weren't) and now im starting to have extreme cramps.

Well your period may have something to do with it, but not all girls get emotional during their cycle(I don't). So that's a 50/50 chance.
But you know, its a chance you may just be having one of those days where you feel...not quite yourself, kinda depressed. It probably not that big of a deal and you'll be back to your normal self by tomorrow. I wouldn't stress too much about it if I were you. Just calm down and relax. You'll be smiling before you know it. =]

i usually get emotional before my period as well. I got really mad at this guy and yelled at him because he was breathing in my ear. so yeah hope this helps.
