Its always happens when you get your ears pierced, and it will be there for a while. It takes years for it to diminish. I've had my ears pierced for almost 14 years now and I still have little tiny bumps.

Edit:You are not supposed to have tiny bumps.I didnt have any of that and I had a ear piercing gun.I pierced my ear a few times and Ive never had problems ,because my fingers were clean and I cleaned the training earrings before I did it.You need to go to the doctor.Seriously
