Windows 7 Control Panel crashes Windows Explorer even in Safe Mode?
I have a Windows 7 Professional PC (32 bit) and it crashes almost every time I try to open Control Panel (or try to open something within Control Panel), and this happens even in Safe Mode!
I've been searching for a solution for a while now but to no avail. Is there at least a way to find out what's causing the issue?

Safe mode just loads Windows without the essential drivers - it has almost nothing to do with Control Panel. Try repairing Windows - it sounds as if something is corrupted. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-i...
