Windows 8 Pro 64 bit Restart?
While Restarting my lap, its take more time upto 3 minutes (windows 8 pro 64 bit, 4gb ram, i5 processor) Is it normal in Windows 8? The normal starting and shutting down is very fast. Only the restart is slow.
And does the "refresh pc" uninstall my applications such as antivirus, browsers etc. and drivers?
Can i install update to pirated windows 8 by downloading update manually from Microsoft site and running the update?

No to all your answers. Restarting usually can be quite quick but it depends on the programs you're running.
By not running a genuine copy of Windows 8 you lose all updates as well as breaking the law. Windows 8 is cheap, just buy a proper copy of it.
