Windows control panel question!?
So on my control pannel i want to be able to change the background on my desktop and you know how there are always just a bunch of random things to choose from, well, i want those but all my options are all my pictures and i have no random backgrounds to choose from.
why is this? and can i fix it?

Just get a background through google that suits your favourite thing/personality. Windows just provide dull wallpapers.
It is not in the conrol panel. Click start. AT the top right will be a picture which has your personal info. Click on that and you can make all kinds of changes.
Also, while on the desktop, click anywhere on an empty space and a box will appear. Click on personalization. That is probably the main one you are looking for right now.
