Ok so I have Xbox (a) and (b). Xbox (a) has two accounts and I have purchase items on one account and on the other. One account became inactive and the other account still uses some of the games and add ons from the other account. If I licsence transfer from Xbox (a) to Xbox (b) the inactive account. Will the active account still be able to use the games from the inactive account without having to sign in to the inactive game and then back. on Xbox (a)?
