well the only difference is the 120 gb compared to the 20gb and the elite had HDMI. if you dont have an HDMI TV then it isnt really worth getting. Also it isnt really worth getting if you arent going to dl a lot from the market place. On the good side it is only $79 more for both of that.

The Xbox Elite has a bigger hard drive than the Xbox 360, and it also has HDMI ports, unlike the 360.

xbox 360 premium is cheaper, good for just playing regular 360 games (what i have)

elite has 120 gb hard drive, and lots of HD features (only get it if you are going to download lots of videos, movies, and Xbox Live arcade games)
