there is no hero starter pack if u mean the old gx starter decks they are worthless . if u want to make hero deck most the cards u gotta buy individualy .i guess u could go with the ra yellow mega pack to get alot of hero cards but there not good .its kinda hard to make a good hero deck without buying individual cards
