I know on the lighter month i can use gpp but would it be ok for me to use gpp work on my heavy months just curious and kinda confused about the whole thing
Weight training for camping is not a real big issue I suggest you forgo any extensive workouts and use the time to relax and renew. Now if your concerned about say a complex climb then stick to the routine so that your body is well prepared.
