He had no right to do what he did today. He took advantage of your loneliness. He initiated it and you gave in to him. He did no crime in that you reciprocated and got involved yourself but what he did had no basis. Think of it this way, under what conditions would you go up to a guy you have not seen in 4 months and start a sexual encounter with? I would not get involved with the guy. As you said, "you did not feel anything." You feel nothing for him. I am no judge and have no power over you but I suggest you guard yourself better next time. i would get to know a guy really well before you get involved physically. Afterall giving yourself physically means that you are "surrendering yourself."
