I don't think so. A single bad experience is erasable with a couple of good ones. It can get into a man's head, though. Take something like existing anxiety and add to it a bad experience, and it can become a vicious circle.
Not necessarily, but if he hasn't yet "put it behind him", then there are definitely some issues still presently bothering him, that need to be worked out, for his sake, and for the sake of the person he's involved with.
Talking about these things, openly and honestly with someone he can trust (preferrably the one he's with), should help tremendously, but if it doesn't, then patience and understanding on the part of his partner is required, and possibly getting some kind of counseling or professional help wouldn't hurt.
and even if he does not ever admit it to anyone..he beats himself up over it too..but that never ever stops him form going on..you know how courageous guys are they must keep moving forward...they are like solders..they must keep conquering so they can put that bad thought in the past..
smile good luck and laugh a lot and don't ever forget..life is way to short..
i don't think so, personaly i have had a few bad experiances myself but i don't care that's life i would say that most men would just bolow it off and get on with the good experiances

I don't like anything behind me, like it in front of me at all times.
I am assuming this is a serious question and will answer it as such.
Not sure if you are referring to a sexual experience or a bad relationship.
Two different things.
Some things happen to men (as well as women) that they spend an entire lifetime putting these memories behind them.
Doesn't mean it is impossible, just takes a bit more effort and perhaps a lot of rationalization.
Some things can never be rationalized away. All you do then is tuck them into the deep recessed of your mind, if at all possible.
If you are into counselling, sometimes that could help.
Hopefully, if you cannot put this behind you, at least try not to let it influence or affect any present relationship you may have.

Or will he need an extremly delicious sexual experience to replace said memory.
