It depends. How old are you? If you are 12 and under then he is just a boy and thinks that you are a cool girl minus cooties and probably has not idea about girlfriends. If you are 13, then his hormones are working and there is a possibility that he is interested. I suggest that when you are talking to him next time to ask him if there any girls that he likes. Ask him what kind of girls he likes and if you fit the profile, ask him if he likes you....and whamo..problem solved
