Only if you want to hammer your liver and kidneys.
Regardless of all the advertising the only supplement we need is a basic age appropriate multivitamin and maybe a fish oil a day if you don't eat fish.
Get all your macro and micro nutrients from a healthy whole foods diet - not out of a bottle.
Excess supplements cause extra work for the liver and kidneys to process. This retards efficient toxin removal from body fluids and can harm the organs.
Simple is best.
definite. as long as they don't look taking you over your RDA for nutrition A you need to be O.ok. Whey protein ought to correctly be a waste of money at your age extraordinarily as you're taking the Coenzyme supplement yet technically shouldn'r be a issue blending them. M
