IDK. A neighbor parks his big car carrier and wrecker on the street here in Pima County. I think so long as it does not block anyone else's driveway, anywhere, it is legal. You don't own street. The space right in front of your house is public.
Parking is regulated by the cities. It would depend on the parking code in your city and also any HOA restrictions which would supercede municipal code.
