I have a phone that is on contract, it's only the beginning of the month so I am certain I haven't used up my texts yet. I want to enter a competition that costs £1 added on top of the standard network fee...I sent the correct code to the correct number but the text keeps failing to send.
I already checked the terms and conditions and I know that I'm eligible to enter (I live in the UK and the competition requires that I be a resident of the UK and that I am at least 16 years old).
I really want to enter but I have no idea why it's not letting me.
Please tell me what is wrong or how I can find out.
Update:Apologies for getting angry but I hate trolls,
anyway borogirl thanks I will ask about it.

Have you got some kind of limit on your account that stops you sending premium rate texts? These texts do not come out of your normal allowance, so it doesn't matter how many texts you have left on your account this month. What matters is whether your account is in some way limited, to stop you making premium rate calls, or sending premium rate texts; or any other usages outside of your allowance. If you are the bill payer, ring the network and ask them about it. If someone else pays the bill, such as a parent, ask them to lift the limit, but be prepared to pay the extra charges yourself. Offer the bill payer the cash here and now, to show you are responsible enough to pay for the texting.
Because your a baffoon like Boris Johnson and Adi Amin.
Those text competition are designed to scam the underclass. Who mostly send texts instead of emails.
By the way your going, you will add about £50 to your mobile bill and guess what the competition is fake.
Your better off texting a random Bulgarian prostitute and praying she is hot.
