I know nothing about classical music. I have none on my itunes, but I'd like to start getting some. Does anyone have any solid classical music tracks?

A good start could be:
Holst: The Planets
Mozart: Symphony No 41, Coronation Mass
Vivaldi: The Four Seasons
Bach: The Brandenberg Concertos.
Mozart : Symphony No. 40 , Ein Kline Nach Music
Beethoven : Symphony No. 5 , Moonlight Sonata
Chopin : Waltzes.
Bach : Violin Concertos.
J.Strauss II : Waltzes , Polkas ..... etc.

Alberich
I'd start with Beethoven, Mozart, and Bach. Cliche but they are not famous for nothing.
Bach - Toccata & Fugue in D Minor
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata
Beethoven - Fur Elise
Bach - Bouree In E Minor
These are 4 very good pieces that im sure you have heard at some point or another in your life. :D
