company bonuses?
During Christmas my company issued year end bonuses contingent on going to the home of our boss for Christmas dinner. I had another engagement and did not know about the contingency. Is this legal??? I live in PA

Not sure about PA law. But generally, bonuses are optional, they needn't be paid out. If you're thinking of legal action, might want to see if you can play the discrimination angle somehow, although it would be a stretch. I think you're SOL.
