I don't know if I did something wrong, but I don't know what to do. I'm on part 3 and I've been to Bresha Ruins 005 AF, I have all gates and fragments there, Bresha Ruins 300 AF, I have the gate and one fragment of 4, Yashcas Massif 10 AF, the gate and 3 out of 5 fragments, Yashas Massif 110 AF, but there's nothing there but fragments and of course I've unlocked Oerba 200 AF, I beat Cauis and unlocked the gate, I have Yashas Massif 1X with both gates open, I have the fragment in Augusta Tower, I've been to the coliseum, got the fragment, and the void beyond and to the casino which is closed. But before all of that I went to Sunleth Waterscope, got Moogle toss, beat the Giant Flan once which led to riding that monster and then I procceded to do all the Yashas Massif with Hope. I'm done with all of that and the only thing that's left is Sunleth Waterscape. That's all I can do. Do I defeat the Flan again? I've tried a million times but I can't even graze his hp. I've heard about defeating a dragon before is the Archyll Steppe or something like that but where the hell do I find the gate for that? I'm so lost. Please help.

If I read everything correctly, what you're going to have to do next is fight the dragon Faeryl in the Archylte Steppe. How you get to it is use the the weather machine to make it stormy (left lever down, right lever up) and Faeryl will appear where the Long Gui does when it's sunny. After you beat the the dragon, you get the Black Hole Gem.
After that, you have to return to the Sunleth Waterscape (300AF) and fight big 'ol you-know-who, but there will be a catch that makes it easier. You'll see. Beat him, and use Moogle Throw and get the Mysterious Artifact. In the Historia Crux go to the Void Beyond. You can continue the main story here now.

If this didn't help you, feel free to write me and I can try to help further. Though it's been a while since I've played FFXIII-2, I'm fairly certain that's the course you have to take.
If it worked, then some acknowledgement would be appreciated. I didn't exactly do this from memory.
