Hey!... okay first of all< all the mentioned graphics cards are PSU demanding,,, and will most probably bottleneck with your CPU... Dont know what CPU you have, but If you wanna be safe buy a Nvidia 610 graphics card, they are very cheap and will most definentely play call of duty black ops on medium /high, yeat again depending on your cpu... The Nvidia GT 610 are entry level graphics cards, but packs a relative okay punch... On benches with black ops two it gets a frame rate of 45 FPS on Medium setings and thats quite okay... This card is also great for you cause it wount bottleneck with your CPU.... So gaming for Black ops , Black ops 2 and WOW will most definetely be LAG free on the GT 610
I'd have concerns about the vigour consumption of todays newer playing cards. The 5450 is a slash power consumption card, there are pro's and con's on this improve. If pushed to full bore the cardboard will seemingly draw extra energy than your computer can manage, relying on the number of instruments hooked up. Hdd's cd roms, even usb instruments all play into this. I feel the 5450 is rated at round 50 watts. Some manufacturers propose around 400 watt power supplys with this card. But that every one relies on the rest of your hardware as well. Alternatively, the processor is gradual sufficient that it traditionally will not ever enable the gpu to head all out and require that so much energy. The card you picked will without doubt work first-rate. The pci ports are all backwardes compatible so a 2.Zero card will run in a 1.0 slot. However its also more card than the relaxation of your laptop can manage, so you'll not be getting the maximum improvement with the aid of doing this upgrade. If it had been me identification retailer your money for a whole laptop upgrade. Pentium 4's are roughly crippled by using facebook games anymore. Let on my own standalone games. You'll find second new release i3 machines at the present time for four hundred greenbacks or less.
