Do you feel embarased when you run into an ex wh broke your heart?
I feel like i've been punched in the stomach evertime i see my ex.Thre was even one time i had to hide so he doesnt see me because i feel so embarased since he dumped me.Do you think this is normal?

no i dont think its normal.....i think you must have dated him not cuz you like liked him but cuz he was a good friend or was cute at the time. now you are like embaressed that you yourself didnt break it off with him a long time ago.
