Definitely cut! I wouldn't rule out a guy because it of it, but they are just so much more beautiful and smoother when there's no skin covering them all up. Not to mention, much more hygienic too!

I've been with both and both please me. Uncut is more sensitive to touch because his head is covered most of the time so exposed its just exciting to him. Uncut guys last longer too it seems. More Americans are cut. I guess its preference but I like both.
