Fiancial aid?
ok. i am a dependent and my efc went to 783. Is that high. At fist it was 260. It went so high!!! i did my fafsa, so does anyone know how much pell i receive or how much they will take out now????

First of all 783 is still a Pell eligible EFC. Don't worry. You still qualify for a Pell grant. For the 08-09 academic year as a full-time student you will still qualify for $3981 in a Pell Grant. If your EFC was still at 260 you would have qualified for $4481. With the EFC change you are at a $500 difference across the whole year.
