Go up to her and tell her that she is really nice and you like her alot. Then ask her would she be interesed in going on a date with you to determine if she likes you too. Dont be afraid of her or your feelings do what your heart tells you to do. Really noone on here can tell you what to do and how to do it but you always need to follow your heart that is the only thing that matters.

Talk to her in person while out with friends. Don't ask her in front of everyone, but pull her aside and personally tell her. It's the best way!
