alright lonng story i liked this girl at the start of year 7 she didnt like me shes now going out wide this other guy which she has been for a year now i know she loves him but now and then i get feelings she likes me. Me and her are really close and where always like hey luvy duv and stuff today she was sad and she held my hand like really softly and she wouldnt let go for a bit till she had to go plz help does she like me or is she in love wid the other guy.

She may not be getting the attention she needed at that moment from the other guy, so she got it from you. Hang in there she might let him go if it keeps happening. :)
She's in the situation where she doesn't know if she should stay low and continue her life with this guy or trust you to love her and be with you. You need to be the one to step up and ask her who she has feelings for. She probably can't cause if you say no she might get in trouble with her other boyfriend.
