I used to have a crush on this girl in 8th grade but she moved and I never saw her again. Since then, I've been trying to find someone who looks like her but not finding anyone so far that could look like her.. Will I ever find someone like her again, and if I do how would I end up asking for their number / meeting them? In general, how would I meet someone and end up getting their number / when would I ask them to be my girlfriend?

I wouldn't worry too much about finding someone who looks like her. If you invest all of your time in trying to find someone who looks like this girl, you could be missing out on many other great girls. Unfortunately for you, not many girls look alike, so if I were you I'd keep an open mind and let whoever has the personality that appeals to you the most, replace the spot of the girl who moved away. Someone who can make you happy, who can make you smile and laugh, is better than someone who just has the looks. Beauty is only skin deep. If you go after someone just because she's beautiful but don't have anything to talk about, it's going to get boring fast. You want to look beyond the surface and see if you can have fun or if you have anything in common with this person. As for getting their number and going out with them, it shouldn't be too hard. If they're hard to talk to and won't give you the time of day, they're clearly not for you. Best of luck dude
U not goong to find a long lost twin or anything so just stop looking for someone that looks like her bro, fin someone u like, talk to them, give them little complimnta likr "i like ur hair today" nothing like "ur the most buetifil wonen on earth" because thats overboar and she will think ur creepy. Make light eye contact with her around ur school like dont stare at her but just nover ur head around the eare he is in and if she look at u carch her eyes with ur for like a split second and mabe a light smile. Get her number by asking "can i get ur number so we can txt?" And after like 2 weeks ask her to hangout. Go to the movies or somthing. No group bullshit becaus eull get friend zoned. Dont be a pussy and wait like i did. I just found out the girl i was going to ask (i was gunna ask her like months ago) is going to homecoming with some guy.
