I've noticed this guy staring at me and I really like him but he won't talk to me. I see him every few months maybe longer and whenever he stares at me it will always be a pretty long n intense stare and he always looks at my face . And he won't always stare at me but when he does it will be the long stares. Do you think he likes me? Why won't he talk? I don't think he's the shy type. I really like him and I really want him to talk to me, I don't have to the confidence to strike up a conversation with him. Please help! Oh and once I gave a small smile but he didn't smile back I don't know if it was because he didn't notice it felt like he was looking straight at my eyes maybe that's why he didn't realise or maybe he doesn't like me enough to smile? I'm really confused :(
