Halo 4 Campaign Problem?
Bought Halo 4 today, at the main menu I clicked "Start Campaign" just above the option for "Campaign". It played through the video of some old lady being interrogated, and when the video finished it kicked me back to the main menu. I thought it just glitched, so I clicked "Start Campaign" again, and the same thing happened. So, this time, I selected "Campaign" then clicked on "Mission: Dawn, Rally Point - Alpha". It attempts to load for a few seconds then brings up this message "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content."
But, what downloadable content? What do I have to "download" to play the campaign? Is this a bug? Am I missing something? Is anyone else having this issue and is there a cure?

I had the same problem here. I have read other people have this problem. It seems that this is a problem that some Fat Xbox 360s have with reading this game. A lot of fat xbox 360 have crappy dvd drives. You probably can just skip that mission and load the next mission. This problem could happen to you on multiplayer as well.
Try installing the game onto your hard drive to see if that fixes your problem.

To install go to your Xbox 360 dash hover over Halo 4, Press Y and click install.
If it does not work eject, clean disk gently and try again. It may take a couple of try's.
continue and pick up where you left off.
If that for some reason does not work try the following:
Try cleaning the disk (little to no scratches, than its your Xbox)
Try and exchange your game with another copy
Try a different Xbox 360 (slim 360)
You need to install the second disc first. Pretty sure that's the problem. If you already did that, then take it back and exchange it.
You siad he had no internet, meaning your keep document is stuck on your dad's gadget, try getting a usb and shifting or copying your keep to it and then utilising that keep on your different console Or, connect your dads gadget to the internet and upload the keep document to the cloud once you've xbl gold and then load from the cloud on your different gadget
