Okay so I'm 17 and gay and just started working at Hollister! I'm looking forward to Black Friday and New Years and stuff when they have the shirtless men outside the store. I was just wondering if it was against company policy to give the models my number or anything....Help?
Update:Excuse me Agatha, for wanting to put myself out there and maybe date someone. I'd really appreciate it if maybe you could actually answer the questions that people ask on here instead of just being a b*tch.

Hey! There are no company policies against dating a co-worker! (YAY!! Haha) As a model, you can date any model or impact member, it is against company policy though to date a manager as that might result in favoritism. So, keep your eyes on the models and off the managers and you'll be fine. Good luck! ;]

Hollister Model/Employee Interaction?

Forget about Agatha hun... And, I would personally take this to the boss or to the models, ask some questions or something... Hopefully you'll get an answer from the company themselves.
Good Luck!!!
Most companies have policies prohibiting employee fraternization. To say relationships between coworkers is frowned upon is a huge understatement. Most who do so find themselves unemployed. I strongly suggest you keep your work relationships strictly professional. Do not give out your phone number, flirt, or do anything else of a personal nature.
Just ask your manager if there is any policy regarding employees dating employees. You don't have to say if you are gay or straight or if you want to meet a model. Just say you are curious as to the company policy
It shouldn't be unless it's a store rule not to date other employee's or something. But I would make sure you know that they are gay before you give them your number! (just a precaution) Good luck with your job! (And the cute boys! x)
it will be fine. they will essentially be your coworkers. at the same time, its a bit shallow and almost setting yourself off to fail if you start in such a shallow place.
and ignore Agatha. she is a resident troll.
Nothing wrong with looking. Nothing wrong with slipping your number into his pocket either.
