Most companies have policies prohibiting employee fraternization. To say relationships between coworkers is frowned upon is a huge understatement. Most who do so find themselves unemployed.

I strongly suggest you keep your work relationships strictly professional. Do not give out your phone number, flirt, or do anything else of a personal nature.
