You take off the cover of the VCF. Spread it uniformly and apply it to your vaginal orifice...
Go to ceremony help and buy Ortho Gynol options II. It costs about 15 dollars and could be very strong. I've been using this along with the pull out process for the final 4 years and have not gotten pregnant but!
