I try to exercise 5 days a week and run at least 6
everyday. if you want a strong upper body simply chop wood and shovel dirt. youll get strong arms and a strong back, plus RIPPED abs just by shoveling dirt. Also, go swimming and running. Helps lower body and stanima.
When im in the zone to low weight.
