Im currently using the stock intel graphics card but we normally use an ati raedeon which i disable and i cant seem to reanable it help please. Thankyou
It sounds like you have two graphics cards plugged in, or do you mean video built into the motherboard?
If it's not a second card, then you have to do it in BIOS. Reboot and go into your BIOS settings (usually with the DEL key) and disable your on-board graphics. I think the BIOS will then enable your ATI card, but look for a setting to do that manually in BIOS just to make sure. Save your settings and exit BIOS.
If you have two video cards plugged in, then you should be able to enable and disable both in Device Manager. Getting to Device Manager is different, depending on your operating system, but you will have no problem finding it with Google.
@Rickey that is a great answer for common disabled hardware. However, in the specific case of having two AMD graphics cards both running in the PCI Express (blue color) slots this will not work. Can someone else please add to this forum?
enter the BiOS setup normally escape or F1 on start up. Then navigate your way around till you spot what your finding for. Sorry, dont understand themanufacturer of your computing gadget
