40% of the questions that I answer have to deal with him being shy or her being to shy to talk to him, But tell him to ask himself what's the worst thing that can happen. Women are as afraid of men as we are of them. Everyone is afraid that they will get rejected, so what if they do? Would that be that horrible? It's so ,much easier if he just tells her what he likes about her. But remember to not say I Love you, it scares them off, especially if they have not been dating for long.

It is so easy for him to just find the things she likes and talk about that. Is he dating this girl already or is he trying to get the relationship started, either way he's got nothing to lose by just being honest with her and everything to gain.
