I feel fat but i actaully USE TO BE skinny.
I had SO MANY NICE FRIENDS but now a few.
How to i feel confident? How do i go for something i like to do but scared i might fail?
For example everyone thought i was good at basketball. It made me feel so good about myself.but i was only good at shooting. But when i wanted to try out i was scared for practices and games. SO i didnt try out but then i cried at the coach cuz i shouldve tryed out. so he put me on the team anyway. He never puts me in. And he use to tell me how amazing i was and to everyone. Now my confidence is a big fat 0. I gained weight. became lazy. lost friends. I dont feel pretty. And i know whoever answers will be like " DONT BE SO PRESSURED JUST GO AND HAVE FUN! IT DOESNT HURT TO HAVE FUN!"
well listen, i wanna have fun, but also feel good and hear people tell me nice things! I still get compliments time to time but... I wanna be confident. Should i stop caring what people think of me? Can someone help me with my confidence? I feel like not going to school in the morning.... Someone answer... please :(

Aww, baby keep strong it's okay, just remember to always be positive because the truth is, you only live once and you may aswell be happy and make the most of it. I've felt how you've felt before and I thought there was no hope but now i'm okay because I threw myself into everything with a smile and ignored what everyone thought and now i have loads of amazing friends. Also try and get one or two friends that you're especially close too so if you ever feel down you know you have someone to turn to or if you feel like you don't want to go to school you can text one your closer friends too let them know you're not feeling very confident and happy that day so they can just stick with you at school if you need someone too talk to too. Just feel good about yourself, people WILL have to accept you for who you are and you will notice that no one really judges you that much if you just act like you don't care. Just smile because some things just aren't worth taking over your life about just enjoy life..it's an adventure and there will be ups and downs, but just be positive.

Dont be harsh on yourself :) I can guarantee its completely normal for people (especially at your age!!!) to go through a phase of feeling very insecure and unhappy with themselves and their life.
The way to deal with this and become more confident is to realise that there's actually only one problem you need to fix. That problem is that you have a habit of negative thinking, and like all bad habits you can get out of it and then enjoy life more :)
Im just going to list a few methods that you can use:
* When you catch youself getting upset change the way you think about it into something more useful - form a solution to a problem instead of just focusing on the problem. For example when you think "I suck at basketball" change this to "If everyone thought I was good at basketball, no matter if I havent played well lately, there must have been some reason they thought that, so I cant be completely terrible at it. The more I practice the better ill get at it, and even if im not the most amazing basketball player, its just my hobby so it doesnt really matter anyway, also true friends like me for how caring I am and fun I am to be around, not because of how good I am at sport"
*If you start getting upset about something and for some reason you dont know how to think positively about it... just think about something completely different that you're grateful for. Even when your life feels like its falling apart, there are always plenty of things you can be thankful for, like wonderful parents, brothers or sisters, or even just one good friend. You can focus on just being happy that you're young and healthy with your whole life ahead of you. Even just really little things like being happy that you're mum cooked your favourite meal that night or the fact that its sunny outside or its the weekend. I know that might sound really stupid to you but it can really really help your mood
*Act confident. There is a saying fake it until you make it. Im not saying to be a fake person, but sometimes if you just smile it makes you happier. Or if you stand taller with nicer posture it makes you feel more confident. Try it
