Well, 20 pounds in just 2 weeks is a little too unrealistic. I'm glad you're aiming high, but it's good to keep your goals realistic - maybe five or six pounds in that 2 weeks is a better goal to set. I rarely hear people losing that much weight in just a couple of weeks. And while walking is not a bad thing to do, it's not nearly as effective as running. Running simply burns more calories and ups your metabolism more. Try running (or doing other types of cardio such as swimming) at least five days a week. I'm not sure about the distance that you should run each day, but I would jog/run for at least 30 minutes on each day that you do decide to exercise. Don't skip weeks! In other words, do cardio five days a week, EVERY week! Be sure to stay hydrated at all times.
Also, make sure you adopt a healthy diet if you haven't already done so. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, eat fast food/junk food only sparingly, steer clear of foods high in saturated fat and trans fat, and aim for foods high in fiber because fiber helps you feel full longer.
Last but not least, get plenty of rest at night! Lack of sleep has been linked to unwanted weight gain.
i am a wrestler and workout. your case is very not possible but can be done if eating right, drinking plenty of water to boost up your metabolism. exercise at least an hour a day. try to do intervals or any high intensity workout for 20-30 mins :)
