How to track pacages?
I ordered something online an it says I can track it but every time I try it says "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office" I don't know what to do!! Any help is appreciated

First off, you might really want to pose this question to the company you ordered from. Not all USPS extra services can be tracked online through the Track & Confirm function at usps.com.
Our internal Track & Confirm function would be able to see what might be going on with your package. However, we are not to share that with anybody.
Best to just be patient and not babysit your package. It will get there when it gets there. Checking the tracking will not move things along any quicker.
