Hunter Pence or Carlos Pena?
who would you rather have on your team Hunter Pence who is a rookie and has proven himself as being a consistent player
or Carlos Pena the former Tiger and now Devil Ray,, i kno Pence may not be hitting 369 all season but what do you think his projection will be
i'm only asking this ? bc i picked up Pence and Pena got picked up the other day and ppl r critising me for picking up Pence and not Pena!!!

Pence is the better pickup. He contributes in all five categories and is more likely to be the better player overall. Pena has never proven that he can do well over a complete season. Considering Pence's contributions in the minor leagues, he is also likely to be the better player in the foreseeable future.
I think you made the right decision, since Hunter Pence has shown his talent throughout the season. He can be hitting very well, with maybe 20 HR and 80 RBIs. Pena, on the other hand, is not very consistent.
u made the right decision long term pena will have a few big games with a few more HRs but pence will hit for average and stay hot for long periods of time
i would have picked up Pena. personally i think the only reason Pence started out so well is because no one in the majors had ever seen him before. if you've paid attention lately his name has not been mentioned nearly as much as it was. I would have taken Pena
