well I'm I senior and over the years I lost all my confidence, like yeah I used to be shy but now im super shy...like when the teacher calls names Im to shy to speak out and say here..Idk why but this year it has gotten really bad.
Also, my face turns red...alot! for any little thing, running, getting happy, mad, and even laughing...I hate it..so Im trying to be the calmest I can..
Do you think its anxiety? would pills help?

Have you ever heard of a word called courage? You might want to make that your favourite word and do courage when teacher calls your name the only way to get confidence is to face your fears head on!
Also your overly self concious guess what NO 1 CARES when was the last time you remember someone answering the register and caring about the way they did it?
Thats how much others care about what you do! You care overly what others think about you and mistakenly think they think about you as much as you think about yourself! Let me tell you they are too busy thinking about themselves to care!
I'm not that Tim's girl. You are not a wimp. You have great self awareness for your age and that is something to be proud of. I think you should probably talk with a counselor and when you do be sure to stress that this has recently become worse and that you become red in the face. Those would be things that could help them help you. If you are being verbally or emotionally abused by anyone at school or at home get some help. YOU ARE worth it.
It's normal adolescence, with all the psychological and physiological changes and symptoms of adolescence. I know it feels so awful you think you must be sick or something, but believe me, this too shall pass.
Try to find things you are good at and comfortable doing, whether academic or extra-curricular activites. The more things you attempt that you do well or even adequately, the more they will help your self confidence grow.
I think you should just be more social with people, like starting random conversations with random people, that should help you overcome it.
