I bought an ASUS R500VD is august and it came with a faulty hard drive and got it replaced no problem, in December it started crashing to a blue screen alot and i was like what the hell its brand new basically it shouldn't being doing this. i called tech support(awful as hell) and didn't get much help they said send it it. It stop crashing the next day and was running better then ever, Yesterday it started doing it again and its really pissing me off and won't seem to stop crashing so i was wondering did i just happen to get a really bad asus model. i use it for gaming and school. any answers would be a great help.
Update:so i doubt its a virus, and thats not a good normal problem for a $800 item
Update 3:i would appreciate some more detailed answers please

no....you have a good type of laptop. it's a normal problem..
Reinstall your operating system... it is not your laptop error.. it is on your operating system.. Blue screen getting suddenly to protect your laptop hardware things.. that's mean it will help you to protect your laptop devices...
you probably have an infected computer scan your hard for viruses and remove them
