Anyone who knows the songs Numb by Linkin Park or Numb/Encore by Linkin Park vs. Jay - Z would know the funny sound at the start of both songs if you know what I mean. I wanted to know what made those sounds, its made me really curious.

Numb encore because numb is one good song and numb encore is two good songs put together. Also Jay-Z is gangster
