so i was driving a lowrider car a 73 caprice!! and it was bumpy due to its hydrolics.. and it would swerv when i would brake.. is that normal with a lowrider car???
it was bumpy because you were in the "locked up" position (all the way up) where the springs are compresses from the hyd cylinder. You probably have 8" cylinders in front and you ONLY need 6" cylinders for the full effect.
The swerving is from a very worn or broken bushing in the front suspension, when lifted full up the broken bushing in your upper A-arms throw the alignment way off on one side.
Rebuild your front end, Use 6" cylinders, 1 Ton Chevy truck coils at 4.5 turns, and use Urethane bushings!
