My bios says that my memory frequency is 533MHZ but CPU-Z says PC-4300 (266MHZ) so which ones correct?
The memory frequency is 266MHz. Your memory is DDR (DDR2 in your case) which stands for Dual Data Rate. It is because of this that it has an effective speed of 533MHz. So in effect they are both correct.
Yep.
Wizardry is correct.
hii!! actually your board that makes the RAM automatically downgrad the RAM speed!! it did't support the maximum speed!!
