i was jumping some stairs at my house and now my gears are jacked up. the shifter wont go to the the 3 smallest rings. i dont know what to do is there anyway i can fix it?
The problem could be either really bad, or quite simple. You should inspect all the sprockets, the rear casette, and the deraulers. If you don't find anything that is bent, cracked, or obscured in any way, just send your bike to a bike shop, and have them take a look at it. Good luck!

You bent the derailleur cage, you can try and bend it back.
