I have a cadillac deville 1998 with a digital dashboard. And after 15-20 minutes of driving a alert will show up on it saying my oil pressure level is low. I have taken it to the auto repair shop twice with the same issue. And they can not seem to find any problems with my vehicle. Please help.

"Brent" is correct - the only way to know for sure if you even have a real problem is to connect an accurate pressure gauge directly to the engine.......if the pressure is really good you'll know that your dash gauge needs repair........if the pressure really is low you know you have an expensive mechanical repair ahead:: oil pump, oil pump relief valve, bad main or camshaft bearings, et.
CADDIES are VERY temperamental and only MOBIL ONE OIL may be used in them! Older CADDY engines have OIL PUMPS that resemble TINKER TOYS! They grind at the ALLOY HOUSINGS and eventually can lower oil pressure! you also have an OIL PRESSURE RELIEF Valve that controls OIL PRESSURE based on engine TEMP! BE SMART and get a FULL MOTOR FLUSHING and then use that MOBIL ONE! Have a CADDY PRO check your oil pressure, before it is TOO LATE! Caddies and BUICK engines are VULNERABLE to oil pump failures near 100k miles! DO NOW WASTE TIME! I have had THREE of these things break down in front of my shop, ALL with the same issues!
What do you want us to do?
It's either a sending unit issue, oil pump...what did the oil pressure gauge say when that tech hooked it up to the engine???
both your oil sending instruments are plugged up from sitting, or your oil pump is shot, or your bearings are worn. At idle, your pump wont turn so quick and wont provide wonderful rigidity on a worn motor...or gunked motor. attempt replacing the sending instruments first. most inexpensive, simplest thanks to commence.
