I have decided to get the phoenix arms .22 pistol. In ohio you have to be 21 to but a pistol. I am 20 turning 21 relativley soon. For this reason I dont want to waste my time going to a gun store yet. I have a few question about the gun and buying.
What kind of price can I expect to pay for a new one?
Are they a common gun carried by stores?
Is it likely they will have one in the store when I arrive?
And do gun stores typically order specific guns if they dont have them in stock?

Well u order them on BUDSGUNSHOP and it take 4-7 days to ship to ur gun store ( ur local ffl dealer) and they will have that one And u go pick it up when they call u. And u will pay abt $35 on top of the $130 u pay for the pistol
I continuously say that if any one shoots me with a .25 and i find out about it, i'm gonna be pissed! Significantly, they pleasant of manufacture is low-priced and no longer secure. The caliber used to be designed as a gamblers hideaway which might bu used at not more than arms size, and was not ever reliable even at that distance. I noticed a man shoot himself within the head with one, and live for 12 hours afterwords. Greater than adequate time to take that popgun away from your wife and do something he desired to do. In my humble opinion, a .38 Caliber revolver is the excellent firearm for a woman to make use of for self defense, when she has little or no firearms expertise, however needs anything completely risk-free that will stop a nasty man. If I had no different alternative, however a .25 or a .22, i might take the .22 and load it with some scorching HP ammo. It's going to do 3 times the job the .25 will.
1- mine was $159.99
2- depends on what kind of gun stores are near you. I'd say they're semi-common. they do sell quick so if they don't have it its possible it's just out of stock.
3- yes, although i back ordered mine
4- yes, most stores have a catalog of what you can special order thru them.
looking back, i wish i ordered a nickel Phoenix instead... the black finish wears off over time and faster if you've got sweaty hands, nickel doesn't wear so quickly and can be easily polished to a brilliant ultra high luster.
Q1- I don't know.
Q2- Maybe at the low-end stores and pawn shops.
Q3- Maybe.
Q4- Yes, they can usually do that.
Save your money & time. Garbage product. Used by your average stick up guy. Do not buy!
