I bought Europa Universalis Complete, which includes all 3 of the games, and when i try to run EU3 after its installation it says: "Failed to create a graphics device. Exiting". I have had this issue before and found some way to get onto the game menu, even though i couldn't play because i had a blue map.

I cannot go to the Paradox Tech Support for help as there is no way to register the EU Collection as an owned game. Is there anyway i can register this game on the Paradox website or just repeat whatever it was i did to get onto the game last time?
