Out of those three I'd definetly say Carlos Santana because of originality and the different styles he added to his music. I especially like the stuff he did with John Mclaughlin.

SLASH!!! I like Santana too but he's just always playing the same thing, never changes. When you hear Slash, you don't have to know the song, you recognize Slash. Man has style.
